How do I add/remove someone from our membership group?

We need to do that for you, so email us the name, job title and email address of the person you want added or removed and we'll make the change as quickly as we can.

Am I eligible for 1-2-1 coaching?

Every Kademy membership includes 10 hours of personal coaching. If you can see a tab called 'Schedule Now' when you click through to the coaching area using the 'Coaching' tile in the bottom section of the homepage, then you've been allocated coaching hours and are free to schedule them.

Is it possible to extend the coaching part of our membership?

If you want to add more coaching hours or extend coaching to more people in the team then we can do that, no problem. Email Katie or call her on +44 (0)7425 693927 and she'll be able to walk you through some options.

Where can I see a list of courses?

All of our courses are listed in the course catalogue. Click on the 'Courses' menu item above and then 'All Courses' in the drop down menu. The 'Courses' tile on the homepage will also take you straight there, but make sure you're logged in first or you won't be able to access this page.

How do I register for a new course?

Click on the 'Courses' menu item above and then 'All Courses' in the drop down menu. You can also clock on the 'Courses' tile on the homepage to get to the course catalogue, where you can see a list of all the courses that are available. Find the course you want to register for and click on the green 'Start' Button. You can start any course straight away once you've registered.

How do I update my profile?

You can find your profile in the top right of this screen and can update everything in your profile from this page. Add a picture if you can - it makes a big difference!

How do I update my privacy settings?

Go into your profile in the top right of this screen. From here you can update your preferences and control what information other Kademy members see about you. To get the best Kademy experience, use the Privacy Settings tab to make your profile visible to other members through the User Directory and Message Settings to make sure you can receive messages from 'administrators, management and any public users'. 

How do I know when someone has replied to a comment I posted?

We've set up automated emails that will notify you when someone has replied to a comment you've made in the discussion forum or course discussion. If you haven't been receiving these, make sure you've enabled notifications by selecting the tick box underneath the relevant discussion thread.

How do I get my completion certificates?

A downloadable certificate will display at the end of each course that you complete. You can also view and print off PDFs of your certificates from your personal learning dashboard. Click on the 'Courses' menu item above and then 'My Courses' in the drop down menu. You can then select the course you'd like the certificate for.

What email address do I need to whitelist to make sure nothing gets blocked?

We use membersupport@kademygroup.com and elevate@learn.kademygroup.com to send notifications, so those are the best ones to get whitelisted if you can.
